Years of experience allowed us to create reliable methods to improve and optimize colours as well as quality of our works. We use the highest quality, professional imagesetter of CTP type Computer-to-Plate. This machine serves to prepare printing forms. Our platesetter is located on the area of a printing office, therefore, we are able to work quicker and guarantee our clients a very profitable offer.

We are able to keep to the short deadlines, keeping also a good quality. Our machine has an additional lacquer coating tower, which guarantees high-quality dispersion varnishing. The machine is equipped with a precise paint system, Ecomatic moisturizing and transport of sheets through the systems of cylinders in a double diameter, which provide very high quality of a printing.

Quality of colours is controlled from a steering console GrafiControl, machine operator can remotely regulate registry, paint profiles and rotatory speed of duct rollers. As much as 4.000 settings can be loaded to a memory and activated again when there is a need. Optical density of coated paint can be measured with a densitometer. Our key machine is equipped with de-ionising device that counteracts electrostatic discharges. System of coating Non-Stop enables to change a stack during production. Vacuum feed table with a function of slowing down the motion of a sheet enables precise placing of sheets by front lays. Electromechanical and ultrasonic control of double sheets and photocell on side and front lays with a mechanism of levelling slanting sheets ensure safety during entrance of sheets to a machine what results in the highest precision of a printing.

When sheets of paper are already printed, we come to a final completion (the so-called POSTPRESS). product takes a final shape during binding processing. The quality within the scope of bookbindery decides about the quality of a final product.

Finally – when everything is printed and controlled– we can deliver product to a client. We provide our own transport or through a delivery company. Punctuality is for us and our clients a decisive factor.
